BSA Law: Thailand's New Online Pricing Regulations A Welcome Move For E-commerce

Welcoming the issuance earlier this year of new regulations in Thailand covering the display of online pricing and add-on expenses, BSA Law hopes to soon see more such rules in place governing the kingdom's fast growing e-commerce sector.
The new regulations from the Central Committee on Prices of Goods and Services at the Commerce Ministry came into effect on 18 March 2017, to which any business operator selling goods or services via an e-commerce system or online is subject.
