For those wanting to stay connected while visiting Singapore, Hotel G Singapore advises that a 3G or 4G-enabled mobile device is needed. The 2G network is no longer provided by the three major telcos.
M1, Singtel and Starhub ceased provision of the 2G network in Singapore in April, thus visitors should bring a 3G or 4G-enabled device with them on their trip to the Lion City.
