Dr. John Cullen is one of four physicians in the only doctors' office in Valdez, Alaska, a town of 4,000 residents. The practice used to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars a year because it treated so many patients who lacked health coverage. But since Obamacare was put in place, uncompensated claims have been reduced by 70%.
