Taiwan Commodity Exchange (www.twcx.org) has launched a new program in Taiwan, set in place by its Taipei Offices to help local authorities work with digital media developers to create innovative, web-based services which will benefit their local communities.
The pioneering project, called 'Make it Local Taiwan', organized by the TWCX Foundation aims to help local authorities maximize use of the vast amounts of data they hold.
