Detroit favorite son Stewart Francke will soon release a new cd, his 14th, titled "A Familiar Fire." Recorded with the Detroit's finest musicians, A Familiar FIre shares the fervor of a Springsteen record with the dynamic subtly of a Paul Simon disc.
Again produced with partner Bryan Reilly at Birmingham's RMS Studio, A Familiar Fire represents, in Francke's words, "my best work to date as far as accessibility and variety in the songwriting."
