Rex Tillerson may have left Exxon at right time

Rex Tillerson is now the Secretary of State instead of the CEO of oil giant ExxonMobil. But the stock hasn't gotten a Trump bump. Shares are down nearly 10% this year despite higher oil prices and profits recently missed forecasts too.
