To ensure delivery of shares to the participants in Swedbank’s incentive program 2010 and to cover certain costs in connection with the program Swedbank AB (publ) (Swedbank) has issued and repurchased 1,500,000 C-shares.
The number of C-shares has increased from zero to 1,500,000. The number of preferential shares is unchanged 207,264,185 and the number of ordinary shares is unchanged 952,325,992. The total number of shares has consequently increased from 1,159,590,177 with 1,500,000 to 1,161,090,177.
