Paradise Ridge Hydrocarbons, Inc. (OTC Pink: Symbol : PRGE) today confirms its corporate name has officially been changed to Grupo Resilient International, Inc. The company will now operate as Grupo Resilient International, Inc. from this point forward. While we are still awaiting a new cusip number and stock trading symbol, the company will continue to trade as (PRGE).
Paradise/Grupo originally submitted its formal amendment with the State of Florida on June 5, 2017. The amendment formally changed the corporation’s name to Grupo Resilient International, Inc. and announced a forward split.
