Fundraising Governance Assurance™ (FGA™) is a governance discipline originated by Ouvrit that defines how Boards and CEOs govern revenue continuity during fundraising leadership transitions. It addresses the minimum £150,000 Baseline Fiduciary Exposure™ associated with those transitions.
