New web page "http://showreel.tv" helps companies and artists to connect better. Artists have the possibility to create a free online portfolio which can directly get used to apply for jobs. The artist-profiles and jobs get matched automatically. So artists which fit to a job will get informed directly be email. By that open jobs and long work breaks can get avoided.
