Designed by KTGY, Los Angeles welcomes Dana Strand Senior Apartments, 100 one-bedroom senior apartments that are affordable to seniors with annual incomes at or below 30% of the LA County Area Median Income. The development, a successful public/private partnership between the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles and ROEM Development Corp., is designed to LEED Silver specification.
