Lloyds to cut 4,500 IT jobs

Lloyds Banking Group has announced further job losses, with around 4,500 posts set to go across its IT operations, by 2012. The cull includes 1,600 permanent staff, 1,150 workers on temporary contracts and 1,750 overseas staff.
