Chinn, Studio Director for KTGY's Retail and Commercial Studio, will be a roundtable facilitator at the International Council of Shopping Centers' (ICSC) annual RECON, The Global Retail Real Estate Convention held in Las Vegas. Chinn's breakfast roundtable discussion on May 23, at 7:00 a.m., will focus on repositioning retail and commercial centers.
