KTGY's Principal Manny Gonzalez, AIA, LEED AP and CAASH has been invited to speak at BIA of Southern California 50+ Housing Council program about his new prototype, ABC (Affordable, Buildable, Certified green) Home, which is designed for net-zero energy use and incorporates Universal Design to accommodate people of all ages and capabilities.
