Construction has started on Pottery Court Apartment Homes, a new high-quality, pedestrian-oriented apartment community in Lake Elsinore, Calif., developed by BRIDGE Housing and designed by KTGY Group. The new residential community offers 113 apartment homes ranging in size from one- to three-bedroom units for working families earning between 30 and 50 percent of the area median income.
