The first of eight 3-story buildings at the Arista Uptown Apartments in Broomfield, Colo., designed by KTGY, has been completed. Developed by Smith/Jones Partners LLC, Arista Uptown Apartments is an exciting transit-oriented apartment community designed to fit seamlessly into the pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use nature of the Arista neighborhood.
