Primera Terra residential community, designed by KTGY Group and built by KB Home, received a Platinum BALA award in the category of Neighborhood Design. Primera Terra is comprised of 52 luxury for-sale condominium homes in Playa Vista, Calif. Primera Terra is 40% more energy efficient than the new home standards set by the state of California and is LEED Platinum certified.
