Construction is complete for Phase III of the $137 million East Campus Student Housing Project at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). Designed by KTGY and developed by American Campus Communities, the phase added a total of 1,760 beds to UCI's on-campus inventory plus a seven-level parking garage, bringing KTGY-designed student housing total to nearly 5,000 beds at UCI.
