Judge rules against Apple in Einhorn cash fight

A federal judge says Apple violated SEC rules by bundling a number of different issues into one shareholder proposal. David Einhorn's Greenlight Capital wants Apple to return some of its $137 billion in cash to investors through preferred shares.
