Horton, Inc. and R&S Promotion Co., Ltd. completed an agreement that will allow R&S Promotion Co., LTD to meet the engine cooling requirements in the Beijing area. They will customize and distribute Horton WindShift™ and Shogun® Modular Fans, and WindMaster® Fans.
