Hodgdon-Miank Construction has completed a major renovation of the former Circuit City building for a new Ashley Furniture HomeStore, which opened adjacent the Burbank Town Center in downtown Burbank, Calif. Hodgdon Realty Group negotiated the 31,000-square-foot lease with Crown Realty & Development, Inc. on behalf of Ashley Furniture.
Inland Empire-based Hodgdon Group, a full-service real estate brokerage, development and construction team, announced today that it has completed the conversion of the former Circuit City for a Ashley Furniture HomeStore at 401 N. 1st Street in downtown Burbank, Calif.
