Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer and seller of The Shops at Indian Hill, an El Super anchored shopping center in Pomona, Calif. The purchase price was $14 million, which represented a 7.61% capitalization rate. The multi-tenant shopping center is 58,485 square feet and situated on 4.25 acres.
