Since the Bioterrorism Act was signed in June of 2002, Food Distributors and Manufacturers across North America have been required to create and maintain records that are needed to identify the immediate previous sources and the immediate subsequent recipients of the food they distribute and manufacturer. It has become evident that this responsibility is being taken more seriously than ever.
