KBC Group has announced that it has reached an agreement with Crédit Agricole (Belgium) to sell Centea (Belgium), in a deal worth €527m. The acquisition of Centea is a milestone in the French bank’s strategic plans for growth and diversification, and will enable Crédit Agricole and Centea to serve over one million customers in Belgium.
