Crédit Agricole says it has received binding offers from several Greek banks interested in acquiring its Greek subsidiary, Emporiki Bank. The offers are being assessed and Crédit Agricole will inform the market of any material developments, which should be considered in the context of the Greek banking sector consolidation process.
