Designed by KTGY and developed by Urban Housing Communities, the Crossings at New Rancho in Rancho Cordova, Calif., opened on Feb. 9. The Crossings is a high quality, affordable, eco-friendly residential community for 18 families. The builders are pursuing Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Certification for Crossings at New Rancho.
