BSA Law Ready To Help Expats In Personal Income Tax Return Filing

BSA Law reminds foreigners working in Thailand that the deadline for filing a Personal Income Tax Return is coming up on 31 March.

Foreigners employed in the kingdom under a Thailand work permit are required by Thai law to file a return, the same as their Thai colleagues are.

Taxpayers can file a return with the Revenue Department within the last day of March following the tax year of January 1 to December 31.
