BSA Law advises that Thailand's immigration authorities will on 20 March 2016 begin enforcing new visa overstay rules for foreigners.
Both a visa warning and a visa advice are currently being carried on the Immigration Division 1 website, which list the penalty for overstaying a Thai visa relevant to the period of overstay.
