Baltimore Washington Eye Center wishes to remind area residents who withheld Pre-Tax Flex Plan funds from their paycheck in 2015 for Bladeless LASIK, to use these funds or lose them at year end.
"These pre-tax flexible spending account plans are "use it or lose it" plans.
